As specialists in the Golden Triangle (the area between Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona), the area of Monte Mayor has always been close to our hearts, but our love affair with the area was consolidated even more so in 2021, when our Managing Director, Sean Woolley, purchased a villa in the area.

Now that Monte Mayor is our home, we would love to welcome you to explore all the possibilities that exist for prospective homebuyers.

I love living in Monte Mayor. I still get a thrill from seeing wild deer every day, or spotting the eagles as they soar over my home. And the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely magical.

With building plots getting snapped up in record numbers, the area seems set for considerable growth over the coming years. And, who knows, maybe one day the golf course will return…although I’m very happy with it just the way it is!
